Bryan Doreian
PRESIDENT AND CEO OF WYSEBRIDGE PATENT BAR REVIEW | INVEST IN INNOVATION
I began my journey into the world of entrepreneurship while studying for the USPTO Patent Bar Examination. During my preparations, I started to share the study resources I had developed and tutor others who needed a hand with the exam (they either couldn’t afford study materials, or had used other programs without success). Little did I know that those simple acts would became the catalyst for some of the best experiences of my life by starting my own study and tutoring company.
Along the way I’ve had the opportunity to work for a few great start-ups and major corporations as well. Interning at the age of 16 at Nanosytems, a small bioengineering / pharmaceutical firm focused on drug “re-usability” gave me insight into the realm of possibility at a young age. A few years later I joined elan pharmaceuticals where I developed a small-molecule drug assay and learned how to develop an idea into reality.
These early experiences in the realms of science, exploration, and discovery, prompted me to pursue my education in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, and a subsequent PhD in Biophysics. Although initially I had planned on returning to the drug-design and pharmaceutical industries, I saw the intersection of science, technology, and innovation through the process of patenting, saw the struggle of many bright and talented individuals to pass the patent bar exam, and felt compelled to continue to utilize the skills I had developed over years of studying and researching to design and offer effective, efficient, and affordable study materials.
I am currently the President and CEO of Wysebridge Patent Bar Review. I also curate a few online papers (including ipatents.wysebridge.com), am working on a start-up blog, and I’m a strategic adviser and broker for the Trinicore Company developing healthcare solutions for small-mid sized corporations. I love animals, running, being outside, and working with others who have a passion for change and the guts to vocalize their ideas.
If you have an idea, or would love to chat, please get in touch I’d love to hear from you!
All the best!
